About Us

HUBD is a fast growing company that offers a range of digital media and marketing services through our core team members and wider network of partners.

Established by the founders, Chris Cragg, Ben Dawson, Alistair Clarkson, Conway Lotter, Katie Glastonbury and Leo Fernandes, we bring experience from companies such as Real VNC (computing), The Buchanan Group (advertising), Metropolitan Police, DJ Vadim (music) and Axa Insurance to the world of digital media and marketing.

We wanted to create a fun and creative business that adds real value to our clients and builds their audience through a range of real world and digital actions. We also wanted to work with young people from colleges and universities to build their careers and their confidence to succeed, and so have set up a training academy, offering internships to college and university students from the locality.
